Located in northern Christian County about 25 minutes from Decatur. Their beautiful venue is surrounded by rolling cattle pastures and beautiful trees. Free activities include barnyard animals, barn haystack and corn box and free wagon ride through the “Jack Patch”. Small fee charged for pumpkin painting, face painting, barrel tractor train and barnyard games. Pony rides each weekend in October. No general admission fee. Food available, including caramel apples, kettle corn, cider slushies, corn dogs, nachos and chili. Open Sept. 23- Oct. 29. Saturdays 10-5, Sundays noon -5. Open Columbus Day 10-5. 200 acres of things to do.  uring the week admission is $4 for children aged 6-12, $6 for adults, $4 for seniors (kids 5 and under are free); on the weekend $9 for adults, $6 for seniors, and $6 kids 6-12. That tells you something about how elaborate the setup is. Best known for their “U-Pick Apples,” Curtis Orchard is 80 acres with a variety of activities for a perfect family day. There’s a petting zoo, mini golf course, wagon and pony rides, corn maze and more. You can grab a bit at the Flying Monkey Cafe and don’t forget to pick up some fresh doughnuts for the road from the Country Store Bakery.

It’s not Christmas time yet, but anytime’s a good time to visit with reindeer! Hardy’s Reindeer Ranch is home to a herd of Alaskan reindeer and an amazing corn maze challenge. Paintball, racing carts, hayrides, and arguably the most elaborate corn maze around are the main fall attractions at Hardy’s Reindeer Ranch. Although entrance is free, most attractions cost a fee. The corn maze is $8 for daylight hours, $9 entrance after 5 p.m. Hardy’s caters to groups, and it’s a popular spot for school field trips, Girl/Boy Scout outings, or other group events.
