Bright Start offers coordinated services to at risk infants and toddlers and their families. The aim of the program is to create a partnership with parents to support the ongoing development of their children ages birth to three. Services include: Developmental screenings, monthly home visits, parent & child playgroups, parent education and support groups, lending library, parent incentive program, drop in play room, and referrals to community services.

This 0-3 Prevention Initiative is for all children residing in Decatur Public School District 61. There is an at-risk eligibility. Program includes: play groups, parent education, and developmental screening. For children ages 3-5. Monday through Friday 9am-11:40am and 12:40am-3:20pm.
