Skiing on Saturdays & Sundays, January & February, 4 p.m. Cross country skiing for one hour can burn between 400-800 calories! This activity is a great way to observe wildlife and explore the outdoors. Sign up for this workshop to learn the basics of cross-country skiing. Fee $12, includes skis, boots, poles and one hour of instruction ($4 with your own skis). At least 4 inches of snow and reservations required.
Kids aged 4 -11 will enjoy an active Saturday morning at the DISC, with activities including an open gym with Jump ‘n Slide inflatables, scooters, basketball, tumbling and more! Parents must be present. For more information, contact Elisabeth at 429-3472.

Mini Camps are single day camps that will broaden children’s love for nature and provide discovery for children and their adult companions. We offer a choice of many different camp themes for each age level throughout the year that is sure to appeal to campers of all backgrounds.
Boys and girls ages 1 through 4 will explore nature through crafts, activities, songs, stories and snacks. These camps are a great stepping stone for little ones to spend time with other children while still having the comfort of a loved one nearby. Afternoon campers will go on a short hike, dress for the weather.

What would a Wiggles and Giggles class be without music and dancing too?! Don’t worry parents; you will be doing most of the giggling while the kids are doing the wiggling. No need to sign up!
